Two sets of wo's alternated for a 3x per week full body routine. Appreciate any feedback on this.
Workout A:
Squat (Wider than shoulder width) - 3x8-10
DB Incline press- 3x8-10
Underhand BB Bent Over rows - 3x8-10
Overhead DB Extensions - 3x10-12
Seated Calves - 2x10-12
Crunches - 3x10-12
Workout B:
SLDL's - 3x6-8
BB Decline Press - 3x6-8
V-grip pull down- 3x6-8
Preacher curls- 3x10-12
Standing Calves - 2x12-15
Weighted Leg Raises - 3x10-12
Looks good to me.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
