I'd vote , but I don't know....... I measure my BF % by looking to see whether I can see my abs (which I can't) or the veins in the upper arms (which I also cannot...........)
So putting a number to my BF% would appear to be impossible..... |

I'd say after taking an entire month off I'm probably 10-12%. don't know but getting taped and comped monday to start a new 12wk bulking routine

i'm guessing i'm at 25% bodyfat. Havent done a fat caliper test in years so I really wouldnt be able to say but I know I'm waaaay more than I would like to be. My goal is to get down to 13% by March 17th.

bleh maybe 22%. i look ok in clothes but it's cuz i'm tall n small boned. under my skin there is a lard layer i'm trying to finally shed. even in the pics of me people think are so nice my butt n thighs are not at all lean. i can feel nice changes n slow n steady wins the race right?
