    back sorenes anything I can use or take to heal faster?

    My back is sore from boxing from yesterday and I've got boxing tomorrow, is there any ointments that can help it heal faster?

    alieve or any over the counter pain reliever (naproxen).

    would that help it heal faster or would it just be a temporary relief.

    I took some ibuprofen for my wrist.

    That shit is amazing. Aleve lasts all day. I wonder if anything ever came of the news of the alleged link btn excessive use of naproxen sodium and heart damage?

    Actually I read that meat tenderizers (yes, for food) help a great deal with soreness. I don't know if it works for DOMS as well, but I would think so since it's for muscle soreness.
