lower back still sore, should I workout or wait till it completely heals?

My lower right side of my back is still pretty sore from Tuesday (boxing)

should I just take it easy and do some light boxing or should I wait till I'm not sore anymore.

Right now, just turning my hips back and forth hurts.

If i went, could I make it worse?

It can take up to six days for the spinal erectors to fully heal.
