    Progression

Not sure whether my training is better or the same as my former training. My current training for the last 4.5 weeks was developed by a person who resides in San Diego. It's unique in it's own way. I have never trained like this. My strength is going up everyday. Unfortunatley this could be from my current cycle or diet. I do know that I'm putting on size which is tough to do at 53 years of age. I'm keeping a log book going daily and will report to all on I/M on how it is going. Last year while on a cycle I did end up stagnating at the end of the cycle. So this different type of training will eventually let me know whether it's going to work or not. I'll keep everyone informed and if this truly works, then I will post this training for everyone.

Indeed. I would definitely like to see a journal come of this.
