off topic to me would be talking about the weather etc. i think we learn by following things along their logical path. other questions come up that are off shoots of the original topic. broaden your mind a bit.....don't need everything in neat little boxes do you? (lol)
in the future if people prefer i'll be sure to start a new topic instead of adding on to an existing one. didn't realize you'd be so sensitive. to me diet and food issue is about getting lean but you're right - not specific to your cardio question.

) but I just wanted to remind you about all the benefits of doing aerobic exercise in the long-run. Besides decreasing your body fat, the most common reason people engage in it, in the long-run it will protect your cardiovascular system, something weight training cannot do alone.
