    Incline press hits the upper chest more than flat bench does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    it might only be 3% more but it is more none the less

    I think its a great article..

    espec that bit about bodybuilders on the pro circuit being healthy and the epitome of human status or some shit...

    They are fuckin huge with insane BF levels, but they arent maintaining that for an extended period of time, just for shows and shit..

    in off season they are still huge and have a relatively low bf level, but i bet if you asked them to run laps, play a game of rugby, or something else, they would be feeling pretty fucked afterwards..
