    holy sh*t!!

Benedikt Magnessun in training pulling a 390kg deadlift and then a 425kig deadlift! This dude is a real animal. Done with such ease. He may have a shot at pulling the first 1000lb deadlift.

    freak!

I can't get over the fact that any human being can actually hold that much weight in their bare hands let alone pick it up!

putting on a squat suit in a deadlift (unless it is really light and then you wont even get much out of it) wont help since you need the weight on your back just to squat down once you have one on. Yes, it was raw.

Awesome video. He looks like he had some left in him too. By that same token, here's Andy Bolton pulling 423kg (932.5lbs):

suposedly hightens your senses (it gets them pumped up and focused on the lift). I don't think has ever been proven in a study though. But, if it works for them then do it.

That's bitchin'! I need to enter a PL contest one day. I think it would be fun, even if I suck. There is probably a lot to be learned from something like that.

Forget that shit. I'll go lift raw while everyone else gears up just for the experience, or I'll just find a raw meet. A deadlift meet would be cool though. That's probably my best lift anyway, although it's still not that great.

It wakes you up dude, try it on someone passed out (I have). There is such a thing as overdoing it, however you can also become immune to it. Kaz used to stick them up his nose and leave them there, that for me would kill my lift rather than help it.

There is also Nose Tork which you can find at just about any PL online shop, which you do not adjust to supposedly and it also lasts much longer where ammonia caps are one shot.
