    Pectoral injuries

I have been having trouble with my pectoralis major or minor
    over the years.....
Cut my chest training back to once a week...changed the reps from 5-6 to 10-12 and the problem went away..
But now I seem to cramp up like crazy every other bench workout...
Just bench......no other exercise bothers me at all...
    Been doing sets of 6-8........warm ups...135x12, 135x12, 185x8, 225x6, 275 x3
then I start in with 335 for sets of 6......
Any ideas why this is happening????
I'm beginning to think I just have some shit genetics that make me prone to injury in that area..

Plus I drink about a gallon of water a day.....so I doubt its dehydration.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

    stop benching for awhile.

    check your form.

back off the intensity for a few weeks.

    switch exercises around.

What kind of shit it that? The man has a real problem. Take that shit somewhere else.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.
