    gym class..

    ok i change classes this thursday and in gym class we will be working out on mon. wed. and fri. and thats ok for me cause thats when i workout, but i have a split push/legs/pull and i'm not sure if the teacher will lemme do my split or if he makes me do it his way, what do you think?......will gym class have any effect on me tryin to bulk?

    just go see your teacher before class, show him your routine and explain why you want to follow it. if he makes you do something else do it, get the grade, and go back to your routine next week.

    also, this shouldn't be posted in the training section!

    ok thanks...what do you mean by "go back to your routine next week"? just wondering?...because i'll have gym class for 9weeks

    I was assuming from your post that you guys are doing working out for 1 week, and then after that going onto anouther sport like basket ball or something!

    I would of posted this in open chat as it is not training specific

    oh ok thanks and i will do what u said: "go see your teacher before class, show him your routine and explain why you want to follow it. if he makes you do something else do it, get the grade."
