    Nipples sore for some reason...

Last summer through the entire summer my nipples were rather sore. It felt like there was a marble behnd each nipple and if you touched it it would hurt like hell. Anyway I thought it might be the creatine so I stopped using it. Anyway Im back on creatine and my nipples ar A O K. Does anyone know why that would happen? They were sore for 3 or 4 months straight.

Just a multivitamin, GNC protein powder, and creatine. I was eating a TON of Tuna Fish. Like 3 cans a day. Could that have done anything?

I had something like that when I was an a hormal 16yo (give or take a couple years) - wasn't lifting or anything back then. Basically men have the same plumbing to produce milk as women, just that we normally don't. At the time the Dr told me it was normal hormonal weirdness in my system and would likely go away. (which it did) I would question what you were doing to your system back then to affect your hormon levels. You should have consulted a doc back then to see what they thought.

I was 19 at the time. Godd to hear its normal. Did this have anything to do with lifting though? Do hormones increase or decrease when your lifting?

I'm 18 and had one about half a year ago and when I was 15-16. Not a big deal....I think it happens to many people.
