Shoulders is jacking up my routine plans

I learned from this board that back should be worked on one day iteself. Again my routine is-
All exercises 4 sets with 10,8,6,3 rep range.
    Using Now Routine
    Monday- Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday- Legs
    Wendesday- Rest
    Thursday-Back/Biceps
    Friday- Shoulders
    Saturday-Rest
    Sunday-Rest

    A new planned routine
    Monday- Bicep/Triceps
    Tuesday- Legs
    Wendesday- Rest
    Thursday-Back
    Friday- Shoulders/Abs
    Saturday-Rest
    Sunday-Rest

My question is on back day I'm working my triceps also? That's not good is it? Working back then shoulders then next day is okay isn't it? Why back one day? Please critique and give feedback on the new planned routine? I would appreciate if you can rearrange in a way that might be better if needed? Thanks everybody......

You are not working triceps on back day...maybe some biceps, but not tris!

Back is trained on its own because it is a complicated and large bodypart.

It is ok to train shoulders the day after back.

Where is your chest in this routine!

Man I forgot to put chest in their. Gopro or others where should I put it in the new routine? By the way do you like the routine I'm doing now or the new one I came up with?

The routine is fine if you are prioritizing arms. Otherwise I'd put them later in the week.

Chest should be with shoulders on this routine.
