.......cutting
im lifting 5 days a week and cardio 5 a week.....heres the routine
Monday- Chest and Cardio a.m Tuesday-Cardio a.m Legs and cardio pm Wednesday-Bi's Shoulders am Cardio pm Thrusday- cardio am tris pm Friday-Back am Saturday-OFF Sunday-Cardio OVERKILL???? |

If you are cutting, you should concentrate on your diet more than cardio and weights.
