Pre Creatine Pictures October 2005 & deadlift question
About to start creatine in a week or so thought I would post my current pics. Not taking any supps at the moment other than protein shakes. Feeling a bit fat at the moment... After tearing ligaments in lower back couple of months ago just started deadlifting. 3 sets of 4 @ 170kg previously best was 235kg. Since I have chicken legs decided to start squatting. I just feel that I wont be able to squat and deadlift in the same week heavy so was thinking of alternating week to week would this produce just as good results?

Reflex Nutrition has just produced the new "killer" version of Tri-Matrix. It might well spell the end of all other creatine and nitric oxide supplements!
This exciting new version is the culmination of over 8 years extensive research and development. The first version of Tri-Matrix was the first ever Creatine Malate based product to be made by a U.K manufacturer, and now Version 2 becomes the first product to contain both Creatine Malate and Di-Arginine Malate (the latest in Nitric Oxide technology). This exclusive formulation also contains the newest form of Glutamine called N-Acetyl-Glutamine as well as super fine fermentation grade L-Glutamine all the way from Japan.
It's a simple fact that no other single product in the World today offers the same dosages of key nutrients as found in new Tri-Matrix V2. Just take a look at the dosages in the in depth information tab on your right.
Lets put it this way, some of our competitors are selling Arginine type NO products for as much as £34.99 for a 15 day supply, that's over £2.30 a day just for the Arginine and nothing else.
Now look at Tri-Matrix, it gives you the Arginine Malate, the Tri-Creatine Malate AND the Glutamine for only £1 a day. Even if you took Tri-Matrix at double the dose it still works out at better value.
It is also one of the very few products on the market today that comes with a full money back guarantee regardless of where you bought it, and regardless of how you use it. That's how confident we are about Tri-Matrix V2.
Reflex Tri-Matrix is available in the following sizes and flavours:
Instuctions for use:Mix 17gm (approx 1 level measure) with
350ml of water.
Training Days: Take one serving about 30 mins before your work-out.
Non Training Days: Take one serving first thing in the morning before breakfast.
WARNING: DO NOT EXCEED STATED DOSE. AFTER USING FOR 7-8 WEEKS DISCONTINUE USE FOR AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE USING AGAIN. DO NOT USE WITH OTHER CREATINE PRODUCTS
quite shit don't really count anything other than protein get about 250g a day. About to order some casein protein as well. Have few beers a week try and avoid processed food and dessert, don't eat enough veg either. Start new job Monday long hours so need to get my diet sorted really
Does anyone else only care about how they look when relaxed? I flex in front of the mirror at home and am shocked to see the progress I made but I just want to look better when in a relaxed position.
Oh and good luck on the creatine. I personally love the stuff.
I don't feel bloated on this stuff, Gives a great pump and I have been advised to take it 45 mins b4 workout. I would like to make a comparison against normal creatine but I havent used creatine for quite a few years - when I last took creatine before Tri-Matrix you had to load up and take it 7 times a day, thank god we dont have to do that anymore!
