Wow guys, thanks for the positive posts. Im really going to set the pace for myself and hopefully get everything straight. I do have muscles, moreso than I thought I would (My chest is pretty thick but not developed, but I have fully seperated triceps and my bicep is very tone.)

I'll be picking the web for more info on a good build, as well as use some of Pimp's setups.

Another piece of advice: take it slow with the weights. Cowpimp already covered this, but I'd like to stress it. Just because your muscles can lift it doesn't mean that your joints and ligament can take it.

I racked the weights up fast (with proper form) and everything was going fine, then *bam* my left rotator cuff takes a minor injury.

Just make sure to let your connective tissues get stronger too. Especially since your new to bodybuilding.
