I'd love to see some Dimas videos in slow motion. You have to watch the video about 15 times and focus on one part of him at a time to get half an idea as to what his form is like.

His explosiveness is amazing, someone with that kind of speed and power could probably excel at a lot of different sports, no?

Nary a bodybuilder even does those lifts, to compare. By his bodyweight alone though he is blowing away Coleman with those front squats.

In other words, grab a calculator because your math is wrong.
