    Quick question...

How much of a difference would 8 months of training make? Right now I am roughly 5'8" and 150 lbs. Is it possible to become a lot bigger in a span of 8 months? I mean bigger as in muscle and tone, not fat heh. I am asking this for a special reason too.

Is that even a big difference? Like visibly? I'm a little worried that I will actually gain weight, but not in muscle. I added on 10 lbs not long ago in 1 months time.

What are you worried about? Working out and eating decently is a lifestyle, not something you do for 8 months to show off for the "bitches." The more you know, and the more strict you are with applying that knowlege the better you will do.

Do it because its right for you, or dont do it at all.

If you're a newbie, then you stand to put on a lot. It put on about 20 pounds of muscle (Another 20 or so in fat, heh) in about 6 months when I got into resistance training.

I didn't say muscle. I just said I gained 10 pounds. I also didn't say I was going to quit at 8 months. I was just wondering how much of a difference it would make in 8 months.

That's pretty good. Should cardio be involved with weight gain/bulking? It doesn't really make sense to do cardio while trying to gain weight and bulk up. I am eating quite healthy and drinking shakes, but i'm just worried that all my weight gain will be fat.
