where the hell did you even post a question?

Sometimes there are a lot of questions and threads flying around here. People have jobs too. This isn't what we do all day (even if it seems like that). All you have to do is post your thread and if no one answers it go in and type "bump" and then it will be called to others attention. No need to complain though.

well, looking at the threads you started I see what happened. You asked a question. Then, someone directed you to a link to read and learn and you are upset with that. Look, no one gets paid to be here and everyone else has jobs and lives. We come here because we love the lifestyle. You need to read and research the important stuff on your own. Once you do that then we can help you "fine tune" things. No one can do the reading for you. You need to learn for yourself why you do things a certain way etc.....quit being a fucking baby and read.

I don't tell my friends because I don't want them to learn the secrets of exersize science. I'd rather get big while they stay small. Thats what friends are for.

well thats retarded! but screw them, it boggles my ming that people spend hours and hours in the gym, week after week, doing what they "think" will get results. but they never bother to spend 30 mins on the net doing research for theory, or knowledge!! oh well!

Of course they don't do research - that would require them to think, and I'd guess that the vast majority of people just want others to tell them what works and what doesn't. Anyone will do though - as long as this person is a huge guy who works out in the same gym, he MUST know what he's talking about.

I've also found that a lot of people who listened to the huge guys first don't want to hear anything from others. My brother, for example, has a friend who's pretty big - he benches 330 or so and his arms are probably 19" (just a guess and I haven't seen him in a long time). However, the kid only worked his upper body, and was therefore able to train five days a week in a row about two hours each day. My brother tried the same routine (he's about 185 at 6' or 6'1'') and wasn't making any gains. He wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain it to him. Now, however, I can deadlift more than his friend can and probably squat more as well (and I'm six years younger). My brother has started to listen to me recently and wants me to whip him into shape when he returns from college for winter break. This should be fun.
