you should add more weight if you want to add more weight. move in small increments to allow your body to adapt to the new stress being placed on it.

the whole point of weight training in my opinion is to progress and to do so, adding weight to your excercises is a must.

You can slide more plates onto a barbell. That should add some more weight.

Don't keep on your current weights unless you don't want to get bigger or stronger. You have to overload the body to experience results. It is one of the main principles of designing exercise routines.

You could also increase the number of repetitions, the volume of the routine, the frequeuncy you perform the workouts, or reduce rest intervals. You just have to force your body to adapt one way or another.

Do some strengh training, eg when you start bench press for example if you lift 100 kilos at the min do a set then add 2 1/2 kilos both sides and do another set, next week start on the weight you finished on the week before eg 105 kilos do a set then add another 2 1/2 kilos each side and so on.

It worked for me hope it helps
