When the burn starts

When it starts, how many reps can you do after it? I think I have a little problem with it because after 2 reps, I cant lift anymore, the weight doesnt go up. The problem is that I often see in the gym people almost screaming, sweating, totally red, breathing very hard when they are in the repetition 3 but they keep going for more like 10 reps.

What is the deal with that? Do I have a low threshold to pain or they are doing an act?

it depends on the person. Some have a better lactic acid threshold than others. Some are more effecient at bufferining that lactic acid.

Creat1ne inhibits the uptake of lactic acid to the muscles.

True. However, I guarantee you that most of the guys you see making all that racket in the gym are just kidding themselves.

It depends on individual. Some people do it for attention while some are serious with the screaming. It seems you just a chicken waiting for 2 reps for growth.
