How big can u get by just deadlifting?

In terms of size, if u were to eat a good clean bulking diet but just done deadlifts every week would u effectively put on alot of muscle mass?

I think you could put on overall size for a little while but would eventually stagnate as you need a variety of different exercises to continue to grow.

I think you could definitely pack on quite a bit of size. I forget the fellow's name who did nothing but squats and put on a lot of size. Anyone recall?

No. I've seen pictures. He was kind of fat, but Hella strong. I believe Chris Mason is the one who told me about him.

Probably the best all around exercise to hit all or most of the big muscles...
If I had to chose only one lift to do it would be dead lift.............and the proof of my statement is that I hate them!!
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
