I'm cycled off creatine as recommended 2 months on 1 month off and I have noticed a reduction in strength and stamina, whats up? Does creatine make that big of a difference? also is cycling creatine necessary and why?

Question

There is really no reason to cycle creatine.

Who told you to cycle it?

Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true!

To answer the question, going off creatine will make a difference in your workouts. I agree with the other guys....cycling creatine isn't necessary, and neither is loading.

You don't need to cycle it. Its something the body produces naturally, it just gives you more of something you already have.
