This website has a list of exercises with animated gifs showing the correct way to perform the exercise, quite cool

pretty good site, i had one on my favorites awhile back but it got earsed and i can't find the site anymore it had a list of exercies like 20 for every muscle and it also had demonstrations for it

It has thorough explanations and better quality videos than most. Also, the form is usually quite good in the videos.
