    how long does it take someone until they can see results like mass or fatloss from a workout and stuff i've heard 3weeks

    1st - which are you aiming for, mass or fat loss? generally speaking, you can't do both.

    2nd - what kinda shape are you in now? there's no 'blanket' answer for this.
