okay, let's say im currently trying to bulk up (eating farely clean foods, but alot of it), and i decide to do cardio once or twice a week (light walking or biking), would i not be loosing fat and gaining muscle at the same time...
basically, if im feeding my body "exactly" what it needs, without having anything to store as fat, and im doing cardio too, wouldn't that be getting rid of the unused fat (without loosing weight)... ------------------ Eat burgers and deadlift |

If your caloric intake is higher than your caloric expenditure, you will gain weight.
