    Post opposite muscle?

currently I workout in a fashion like this:

    bicept+tricept one day

    chest on day

    shoulder+back one day

I was told that this workout is trash and that i should be working like this:

    shoulder + legs one day

    bicept + back one day

    Chest + Tricept one day

    is this true?

the second one looks much better since you are training legs.

    another way could be:

    chest, shoudler, tricep
    legs
    back, bicep
