I don't see the part where you drown yourself in a toilet. But once you round of your routine with that, it looks good.![]()
Does anyone see any faults with this routine?
Day 1: Chest 3
Shoulders 2
Tri 2
Cardio
Day 2: Back 4
Bi 2
Traps 2
Day 3: Legs 4
Abs 2
Cardio
Day 4: Off then repeat.
The number after is the number of excersizes for each body part. I always do 4 sets for each excersize. I also try to mix up all my excersizes each day I hit the gym. My biggest concern is doing chest once every 4 days. Any suggestions?

I heard you get some unwanted death with the toilet routine.
Was that funny or not? Honestly.

I thought I'd give a you a little shit for the wannabebig crap you posted.
As for you routine, it looks OK, but I go by the rule of thumb that you don't workout more than two days in a row. You need the recovery time. I don't know about you, but my calves need more than just one workout a week, so you may want to add a day if you're calves aren't responding too well.
why not post that at wannabebig forums instead.![]()

I wont post at wannabebig because theyve banned me and this is the only place that accepts "jobbers" for forum members. I love you guys.
Anyway what about a 2 day split that works your whole body? Something like...
Day 1: Chest 3, Shoulders 3, Tri 2, Abs 2
Day 2: Legs 4, Back 3, Bi 2, Cardio
Day 3: Off and repeat.
Im just worried ill tire myself out on this one. Also I like doing 4 or even 5 excersizes for back.
PS: Whats the difference between weighted pull ups and using a pull up form on a lateral pull down bar?

Why not a two day routine like this:
upper
lower
rest
upper
lower
rest
rest

Remember the old WWF? When you would watch matches that didnt matter and a star would fight some little dude in generic panties? Jobbers are the little dudes in panties.Originally Posted by cfs3

You wear panties? Then John H. really loves you.Originally Posted by CancerNV
I don't think there is such a thing as a 1 day split. It's called a full body workout. My understanding of the 2 day split (which isn't a whole hell of a lot) is an upper/lower split. It's supposed to be great for adding mass. It sounds interesting, but I can't make that kind of a time commitment. Right now I do a four day split, two muscles/groups a day, on P/RR/S and it takes me anywhere from 45 mins to 90 mins depending on the type of week.
Good for adding mass huh? Well thats my goal for the next 3 months...Originally Posted by cfs3
depends on what you do for those two days (ie...how well set up your program is and how hard you work.).Originally Posted by CancerNV

Is there any way I can see your one day split? Im assuming you only work on the big lifts...Originally Posted by P-funk
