I'm just a little curious to see what a butt kicking workout would be like.........like making a person physically sick..... like a template or something similar

don't worry though, I'm not going to actually try it.......i have a relatively low fitness, so i wont actually try it....but im curious......

    thanks in advance

I have a track that just has Mick (from Rocky) saying "Your a wrecking machine" every 5 or so seconds.

Just do a dropset of Squats, dropping off for five sets, starting in the 8-10 rep range.

only time I have ever witnessed anybody vomit from over exertion is when I was on the wrestling team at my high school. On a non-mandatory practice one day at the basketball courts in the school, I was partnered with the kid closest to my weight class there, I was 168 and he was 112...the kid threw up at least 5 times that day just by trying to wrestle me...I was taking it easy and all but still, in a 6min match, he'd puke twice.

I have never vomited from lifting and never will and have been as big as anyone at one time. So why you all go there I have no idea. I personally do think that this type of training is needed to achieve your goals. JMO
