Question about changing routines

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
How often should I change my routines and exercise?
I currently train in the following order:
Mon-Shoulders, biceps and tris
Tue-Quads and calves
Wed-Chest and forearms
Thurs-Hamstrings and calves
Fri-Back and Traps

I've been on this for the past 2 months but for some reason it feels so ackward speacially because everyone I talk to has a different routine. Please help thanks.

Until you learn to read your body and what it needs, changing your routine every three months should be good.

Change at 8 weeks, as a basic guideline.

Just vary your rep ranges and add weight each week and leave as is until you stagnate. If that takes one year who cares. As long as it's working and your growing, don't try to fix it.

If you can continually add weight, your going to get bigger and stronger. I don't believe there would ever be a need to change something is you can continually add weight. Look Squats, Deadlifts, Bench and military press always stays in a routine. You don't change them every 8 weeks do you.

i vote every 4-5 weeks but drastic changes are not always necessary.

I prefer to use progressive resistance rather than constanly swithcing up my routine, when i do hit a plateau where my weights just arent going up i take it as a sign that my body needs a rest so i usually go into a de-loading phase followed by a week of rest.

For me, I found out that changing the order I do the exercises for each workout helped.
