    Chest workout and routines HELP!!!

My chest doesn't grow at all. I need help. I train, train and train but no changes take place, nowhere. I'm being honest about my chest, it just won't grow. I know genetics is part of it, but even with genetics being a barrier for growth I could at least expect toning around the area which is not happening. Please help.
Also, does my routine look good or does it look overwhelming? I never felt good about 3 muscles group in the same workout like my MONDAY workout. But maybe it's just me.
I currently train in the following order:
    Mon-Shoulders, biceps and tris
    Tue-Quads and calves
    Wed-Chest and forearms
    Thurs-Hamstrings and calves
    Fri-Back and Traps

Also, don't forget to change up the exercises you are working out with. If you keep doing the exact same exercises, your muscles will hit a plateau quicker, because the same muscle parts are getting the attention.

I'll come in here with my standard "push/pull is the shit!" comment. I don't know that its the solution here, I certainly recommend it to everyone but...

You need to post your routine:
    exercises/sets/rep ranges

I have a sneaking suspicion we'll see a lot of flies and not a lot of incline bench but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

How is the rest of your body progressing? If you are getting no where on other body parts then there is a core issue we need to figure out.

ALSO, take a look at most of the pros...their chest in relation to the rest of them is fairly small.

i don't have a good diet due to my work, i don't eat junk food I just don't eat enough. But this is because my metabolism is too slow, I can do cardio for a month and don't get results.

You say that your chest isn't growing, is anything else? Or are you just focusing on your pecs and biceps and ignoring everything else?
