    The most difficult part is that the bottom of that movement is a little lower than a conventional squat (Certainly lower than what most people go down to). Also, it takes a ton of hamstring flexibility in the leg you are keeping off the ground. There is a small discrepancy between my left and right leg, it feels different, but I can still get 6 on either side.
