    I did it!!

    Since the start of school Sept 7. ive been going hard once a week at bench press and finnally i have done 225 lbs. i did it myself the first time but the second and third tim i needed spotting. i went from a weak 135 to 225 in a matter of a month. im quite happy....i just thought id vent my excitement the rest of the body builders here!!!

    o ya i forgot to put that i tried the supplement thermo burst and for the week i used it i noticed crazy gains in strength

    Well sorry I think you need to stay in school (RE TAKE MATH) and learn how to add. Obviously you get F's in that subject. No one and I mean no one goes up naturally 90 lbs in one month.

    k here put it this way
    about 5 months ago i maxed out at 185 and after taking then 5 months off i was down to 135 and now im maxed out at 225 and no actually im aint failing math ive got a 75% in it

    wtf did i just post buddy i was doing 185 5 months ago now i dont know but when i started up agian everyone told me it would take no time to get back to 185 and then last week i maxed at 205 this week 225 now if you dont believe that then w.e dont matter to me

    ive gone up about 20 lbs in max a week so w.e
    its called getting pissed off and concetrating like mad on getting the bar up

    I increased my Natural Bench By 70lbs in a Week, now I am Benching 670lbs Raw for Reps and loving it.
