I know LAM occassionally does this and he always recommends six hours inbetween, but I didnt workout tonight because of my little problem this morning, so i was wondering if i worked out at 330-430 and then went back and worked out from 8-9 would that be okay?
ive heard its too much...i go to the gym in the morning at about 830-930 and i do abs and run for a bit....then i go at about 2-3 and i seriously dont see a problem with it...but everyone ahs told me if you work out for to long your body starts producing some shit taht isnt good for your muscles
id say if it works for you do it
well the workouts are completely different areas of the body..
Ok there diferrent area's of the body. With your suggestion, how many times a week are you working the same body parts? This would be the big ?. I tried it this past year and fucked myself up so bad that my bench fall over 200 lbs believe it or not. Rotator cuff problem probably had the most to do with the lost of strength.
