    spine pop, upright rows

Last thread of mine for the week...
while doing upright dumbell rows, 50lbs, I received a sharp minor pain in my back between my shoulder blades that resonted up through my head....seriously, I felt a spasm in the surface of my head at its top.....

anyway I stopped the exercise after that, but I feel better, like maybe I aligned something....not sure how to take it

don't do those any more, your head will pop off.

seriously, don't mess with your back. Try them lighter and progress up to a higher weight if everything is going well. If something isn't right then see a doctor or a PT. Then be sure to question what they tell you. My doc told me I had a pulled muscle and then when it did not go away he sent me to a chiropractor...turns out I had a broken vertebrae...not the best thing to have at the chiropractor. Now I'm staring a spinal fusion and 2 months of bed rest in the face...be careful.
