Post Surgery

I have had two jaw surgeries since august putting me on a soup / real soft food diet. pre surgery i was 185 now I am a mere 160. but muscle mass was lost during this time period as well as fat. Im no longer going to continue my monster routine now that i am slimmed i want to get cut and have every muscle seriously defined. what kind of program and excersizes should i be doin now.

i basicly broke my face when i was 6. nose, check bones and upper jaw. doctors couldn't do much, at that time i Lived in Albania. Reconstructive surgery there is no were near to comparison of the shit they can pull of here. When we moved to the U.S. we saw a number of doctors about getting stuff done but they said wiat for the bones in my face to grow then we'll go about reconstructing them to fit in size. So In august they cut my upper jaw off completely then split it in two to set it right to my face. i was eating nothing but soup for three weeks then moved to meat loaf and fish. i got buck teeth now so that lead me to see and orthodontist also. Next they are gonna put cheeck bone implants, then reconstruct my nose i think out of a titanium or metalic built cause its starting to colapse there is no support.. ( I have a boxers nose right now). its tiny can't even wear glasses all that bullshit. thats basicly what happend to me

increasing definition is all about the diet. you can do just about any training routine but you can't expect huge strength gains when you are in a caloric defecit.

so how did you break your face ?
