Workout ideas

Ok I hit each muscle once a week or every 6 days......
Typically do a push.. pull....and leg day..
Need some ideas for a 2x a week workout......legs only once!!!
I was thinking about a 100% day and a 50% day...

Ant suggestions would be appreciated.........unless you are a bitch!

^ This is really your call, even if folks post potential splits/routines.

You know your body by now.

You change may trick your body. (Variation.)

Good.
