lose weight

right---so as you would've told by now, is that i wanna lose some flab....

i am 16, i am about 10 stones. but i can see flab when i look down, I'm about 5"5". I used to run a lot, and lost quite a bit of weight, but i have done the TV and beer thing and have become a little flabby.....but the problem is that school is practically eating me alive, i don't get much time out, so i was wondering if there is anything i could do at home, like some kind of cardio at home...

thanks if you can help...

16 and drinking a lot of Beer. Way to go fuckhead. School is practically eating you alive but you have plenty of time to fucking sneak around and drink beer. Get a fucking life and deal with your own problem. No help from this old man

Its not a question of legality for me, I'm 30 years old and I wont do that shit to myself. You aren't going to get ripped living a lazy mans life while working so hard to put yourself into a catabolic and fattening state at the same time.

it's much easier for a young person to become physically and physcologically addicted to substances like alcohol and nicotine.

In the UK we have 14 years being diagnosed as alcoholics we have one of the biggest drinking problems in europe, but luckily our government is smart so they have divised a fool proof method of combatting the problem - They have extended lisencing hours so that now we bars and pubs can stay open 24 hours a day
