yea but i typed in my 1rm(175lbs)and i got 187lbs

If you pointed people to where you are talking about that might help, 175x1 is obviously not 187x1. If this is something you are doing online point us there so we can figure it out, if you like.

Damn button doesn't even work for me on IE or Firefox. Perhaps they are estimatin your future max based on a powerlifting program over x weeks, dont know. I will have to read it.
