look here you need to train your whole body. If your that lazy then stick to just compound movements three days a week.

Milk thistle is for the liver. You shouldn't increase your eating more than a few hundred calories at a time, and you dont need an appetite stimulant for that - you need dicipline. You will be limited if you dont train your lower body, when the body senses imbalance it will hinder other areas. I know because some of my lifts have suffered through the ages because of this, very strong in some ways weaker in others.

    shut up monkey

ok sorry....this was meant for people who know me....I am cutting out legs for the time being because i have bad knees...i will work them again...just not now. I quit lifting due to time and money (college student and my membership expired)...no choice about it. Now i have time and i want to lift again. I have dicipline....but i can only eat so many times a day...I eat 5-6 times a day and i feel bloated all the time, i could eat more if i could freakin move to get to the kitchen. I have a very High metabolism, so high that i sat around one summer trying to gain weight eating nothing but bad high calorie foods and i actually lost weight (dont even comment on this if you are going to be serious). Anyway, i think that fills in the gaps. Now try again.
