search around this site, P-funk has posted tons of video's and text on how to properly do the olympic lifts, however it is a very techincal lift which requires a coach to get the technique down as you won't see certain things an experienced coach will see. If you are planning on competing in Oly lifting, seek out someone experienced to teach but if you are trying to do it for sport or just a change of pace, do some searching on this forum, read some journals (p-funk and MonkeyMan are both oly lifters) and do some google searches. You'll find lots of explanation in text and video's of the lifts. study them carefully and start with light weight to work your form, i'm saying extremely light weight, like empty bar to get the groove of the lift.
