What exercise will give me most power in my TRICEPS?

Hey guys, I'll be streight forward with my question:
I'm looking to get as much explosive power as possible out of my triceps for my bench press.

Question: What exercies should i do for max power? How many reps/sets?

Im not looking at any of those shaping exercies or none of that stuff, I want the real deal if you know what Im saying.
    Thanks in advance.

hands down close grip is the best strength builder for the triceps. if you have a spotter I would try some reverse grip bench presses
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I agree here. I really like CG inclines, dips, and lockout movements too.

I really like CG bench and skullcrushers.. you can do them as a combo as well. I also like doing dips last thing before heading out the door on chest/delts/tricep day.

Or a smith machine (no spotter needed) which I use for reverse grip. I like them and have become my favorite tricep exercise
