I don't think the weights could be off by that much. Even if they were, all that matters is that you progress. As for the supplements, I doubt it matters where they come from so long as they're the same thing. Brand X at one store is the same as Brand X at another store because there are federal regulations on dosages and quality standards and the ability to reproduce exactly the correct amounts of the ingredients into each finished product.

I'm not sure about their weights but I get my protien from there and they carry a couple different brands; I had to switch because the prior brand I was using worked better as a laxative! lol! I could set my watch by it an hour and a half after a shake I was on the throne! But for 9.23 for a 30 serv. jug I had to give it a shot. But the other brand they carry is just fine thus far.

It's somewhat sad knowing that he actually looked that up, and yet somewhat sad that someone actually made that page and included the French...

Hey lad tell me something. Why in your signature do you show a month later with a squat 35 lbs more and a deadlift of only 5 lbs more on those deads. Come on raise that goal on deads 25 - 35 lbs

I had a discussion with an aunt of mine, because she was all hell bent on Target being anti-american. So I knew where to find the info. An e-mail was sent around long ago causing a big uproar about Target.
