    intense 3 weeks

    hi guys,

i want to have a really intense 3 weeks now untill the end of the month. been training quite well for a couple of months but diet (and drinking on the weekends) has hampered my progress i think. anyway i got no money untill the end of the month (wont be going out and getting distracted) so thought it would be ideal time to get an intense period of lifting in. also got over some recent injury problems and feel ok now to hit it quite hard. iv started a 3 week journal from 7th nov - 25th nov too to keep me on track.

    doing 3 day split:

    3 sets of 10 reps

    1. Chest and Biceps
    Bench Press
    DB Press/Fly Superset
    DB Curl
    Hammer Curl
    Reverse Curl

    2. Shoulder/Back/Triceps
    Upright Rows
    Bent Over Rows
    Shoulder BB Press
    Lateral Raise
    Front Raise
    Tricep Extension

    3. Lower Body/Abs
    Squats
    SLDL
    Leg Extension
    Leg Curls
    Crunshes

My question is: will it be possible to work out every day with this cycle 1,2,3,1,2,3 etc or will it be counter productive? i really want to hammer my muscles for the next 3 weeks and loose some fat at the same time from my waist (keeping calories under maintenance and not eating carbs after 1.20pm.)

im also going to try get some cardio in a couple of times a week.

    thanks for any advice!

only taking a 1 day rest correct and hitting each group twice a week? Why don't you take a group from #2 move it to #3 and move abs to a 4th day with cardio and work out every other day hitting each group once a week.
    For example my routine is:
    Mon: Chest/tris
    Wed: Back/Bis
    Fri: Legs/shoulders
Sun: early morn~abs/intense cardio both done with-in an hr
