Post I worked out last night

Well with my free memebership to Golds I worked out last night for the first time in about 2 weeks. Thought I'd do a Back-Bi work out thing... Well that was the first time in about 8 years I was in a Gym, having worked out at home since then. Because of this I didn't want to appear to be to wimpy.. I know I know its the big head thing.. well I know I over did it with chins, Deads, Rows, then bi's.. I'm not sore today but I'm sure I'll be hating life tomorrow.. and I'm supposed to do chest, shoulders adn tri's tomorrow.. but we'll see.

On another note, there was this guy doing curls with what looked like about 25lb to much for him to handle.. I mean he would swing the weight up and arch his back with every rep.... I don't even thing he hit his bi's at all... it would bu funny if I didn't feel sorry for the guy... It's like, LOOK here dude.. you're not impressing anyone and the only thing you're working is your lower back. There are alot of Characters in the Gym and Of course it was Monday night so it was packed...

OH YEAH! You are going to be hurting like a mofo tomorrow!

I saw a guy at the gym this morning doing something similar with preacher curls. He was using a preacher bench, had 35lb plates on the bar, and was literally coming all the way up out of the seat on the decline. Then, while up off the seat, he'd use his body weight to help jerk the weight back up for another rep. Totally bad form! Of course, this clown is twice my size...

    You sore today Zone? hehehehe

I admit I've done cheat reps on many times with BB curls. Usually just on the last rep or two. I cheat it up but try to control the weight on the way down SLOWLY.
I'm sure I've had the odd guy looking at me the way you were probably looking at that guy.
