Dead Rack Pulls?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I moved he bar down as far as it would go in a Power lift Rack, and did Deads from a midway position. Are these benificial or am I just being a puss and looking for a reason not to do a full ROM. I did notice them in my lower back this morning!

rack deads are very helpful. It is no different then doing something like cleans from a hang position. You are working your weakest point of the lift by breaking it down and focusing on that area.

I love rack deads.
Mista - just load up the weight. You'll hit the traps. Another one to hit up traps is the hang clean. Love 'em love 'em love 'em. |
