    Dead Rack Pulls?

I moved he bar down as far as it would go in a Power lift Rack, and did Deads from a midway position. Are these benificial or am I just being a puss and looking for a reason not to do a full ROM. I did notice them in my lower back this morning!

They're beneficial if your sticking point is mid-shin or higher.

I agree. Of course, full ROM will always be king in my book, but like devildog said, they can be very beneficial if it helps you through your sticking point.

rack deads are very helpful. It is no different then doing something like cleans from a hang position. You are working your weakest point of the lift by breaking it down and focusing on that area.

    I love rack deads.

Mista - just load up the weight. You'll hit the traps.
Another one to hit up traps is the hang clean. Love 'em love 'em love 'em.
