    What is the hardest muscle for you to workout?

    I'm weakest on chest movements and I don't like working it for that reason. I also get the most sore working chest.

    Leg day is my favorite. I dont know about hardest to workout.. I like all movements. I hate my calves, they dont grow if that counts

    definetly lats. mid and lower back are easy to stimulate. back day is one I wish I definetly had a training partner for

    how much lower body stretching do you do ? relaxed muscles function at optimum efficiency levels

    anterior delts, b/c they click/hurt no matter what exercise I do lol. I could take a year off and they would still hurt.

    as for slowest growing, stupid calves.

    I actually do a fair amount of stretching, Ive been doing yoga occasionally, not just for health purposes but this girl invited me and there isnt much else a man wants then a fleixble chick.

    I know its a cop out but I think its genetic that I have a small butt, because my father is a large guy but lacks a rear too.

    I find bi's the hardest to grow. Triceps are growin like there's no tomorrow, and chest is improving, but those damn bi's...

    For for me its posterior delts ( rear delts right? yea...)
    If I do the movement too fast or jerk in anyway, they click and feel pulled and strained everytime
    Then I have to move my arm around weird and pop my shoulder to kind of release the strain.

    What excersizes are you doin for tri's? Mine grow better than any other muscle.
