    Weight Question

Hey guys Im wondering if anyone can help me figure this out. Im having a little bit of trouble figuring out what weight i should be doing all of my workouts at. Either it feels like the weight is too light, and i dont feel tired after iv worked out, or the weight is to heavy, and i feel like i cant get enough reps in to get anything done. Can any of you guys help me out?

I do 3 sets of 8-12, my goal is to be stronger and look better. im a skinny kid right now because of a sickness that i just got over, but i really want to fix that. I intend on playing lacrosse next year and would also like to develop my playing abilities. As far as weight goals, i weigh about 135 right now. I'd like to weigh closer to 150 or more by the time summer comes if thats possible. Im farely lucky when it comes to gaining muscle, i tend to do this pretty quickly, however after being sick, working out just doesnt make me feel like i used to. Rather than feeling tired and pumped after a workout, i just feel the same.
