Help me find a piece of equipment...hanging upside down from pullup bars by my ankles

There is this couple at my local gym who have these ankle/leg attachments that allow them to hang plates from said attachments and also themselves from bars. I approached them as to where they purchased them, as I've been horribly unable to find any on my own through the use of all knowing google, and they mentioned a store that is now closed.

Please, if you know of where I can something like these, or even a store that could possibly sell them, please let me know. Thanks.
