    Towel squeezes

There is this guy, cant remember his name, profiled in the new Muscle and Fitness who is known to be the greatest arm wrestler of all-time, either hand!
Anyway the only exercise he does to increase grip strength is towel squeezes; he simply does reps by squezzing and releasing a bunched up towel and supposedly every competitive arm wrestler considers this the most important exercise for increasing grip strength. Im gonna incorporate a few towel squeezes into my regimen.

Supposedly yeah. Not sure exactly how they do it. I figure Ill vary the volume of towel being squezzed from time to time.

soak the towels with water and ring them completely out as fast as you can.

Was the guy you are talking about Travis Bagent (or however you spell his last name)? he is the best arm wrestler ever.

I could definitely see how that would be a great exercise for an arm wrestler, and probably grip strength on the whole.
